I am relatively new to goose hunting and am looking at increasing my canada goose decoy spread. Currently I own 1doz half-shells and 2doz silhouettes. Do you guys think it is better to get 1doz more shells or a half dozen full body decoys. My main hold up is the price of the full body decoys as they are quite steep. I wasn't sure if you guys think its better to have a larger spread or one that might be a little more realistic looking. Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance.

During the Fall and Winter months I often notice Canada geese flying over my land to an unknown destination,they are usually flying to high to shoot and I would like to know, is there a way to call them down into shooting range?

I used the Remington Hypersonic Steel 1700 fps shotshells yesterday on a goose hunt. They outperformed other steel loads by a great margin. I say Remington has discovered the 'Mother Lode''!!! Has any one else had experience in the field with this new shot gun shell?

I take this country rd home every night after work lot a good goos hunting after the season ended last year on the way home i spoted in one of the fealds alot of geese which is not uncomon but for almost 1 mile lined side by side right next to eachother heads up every one of them facing the north iv talked to alot of people no one can figure it out can you explain this.

I have hunted three seasons on Maryland's Eastern Shore and this season picked up another dozen field shells. What decoy spread would you recommend for 2 dozen field shells, hunting a cornfield with a ground blind? Thank you for your help and best of luck on your season.

I once went on a guided goose hunt where the guide kept the band on a goose I shot. Does anyone know if this is customary? He acted like it was. I shot another one the next day but I got to it before he did. Had a little trouble explaining what happened to the leg. Guess I shot it off?
