for all of you who subscribe to the magazine i got a letter in the mail from ol i can get a two year subscription for only $18 so moneys not a factor here but is the magazine worth purchasing? thanks all matt reney

I get the magazine & I like it. I can take it anywhere & read it when I'm not around the computer. Give it a try.

It's worth the money. I like the magazine more than the site to be honest. Subscribe for a year online through the link on the homepage.. maybe you'll get lucky and win the $5000. Who wins those things anyway.. I never hear of anyone.

It is, for me, the only real Outdoor magazine that I have continually read. Tried the others, but always kept the OL. I started reading OL back in the 50's when I was small and when I got out on my own, it was one of the first magazine subscriptions I got. I think it was a good choice.
I would say GO FOR IT.

It's a great magazine! Doctors and Dentists have them in their waiting rooms too. I'm thinking that 4 out of 5 Doctors and Dentists probably RECOMMEND reading Outdoor Life Magazine?
