dates,time, barometric presures, weather, lure choice, species caught, species size,and if your really hard core stomach contents of species caught(use a throat pump).
If you fly fish any insect hatches as well as location, and technique used to catch the fish (i.e. trolling, casting from shore, etc.)
water temp, water color..Clear muddy etc,
water level
