I bowfish 'most every weekend from mid-April through mid-August, so ask away, and I should be able to give you some answers.
I love to bow fish! I have done it for about thirty years. I don’t go too fancy and still use the same Bear spool/reel that I bought when I started. I have a bow that I use strictly for fishing, but I know people who fish with their hunting bows. It’s really not too expensive to get started if you just go basic.
