As for catfish, I have never caught very many using lures. A few channel cats, mainly on spoons. For the bass, crappie, and bluegill I would look for deep cover. Try jigs or small spinners for the crappie and bluegill. For the bass I would try slowly working a plastic worm, or a larger jig. Sorry cannot help you with the pike as I have never fished for em.
