My uncle is taking me on a Musky trip to Lake of the Woods or Lake Vermillion. Anyone have any tips for a rookie Musky-Hunter?

i havent been on lake of the woods in a few years but my fishing chums have told me that Blue Fox's Vibrax Double Musky Buzz has been very hot lure for last few seasons. takes nice northerns too,
If fish arent in an active bait chasing mode the Musky Innovations Shallow Invader or Bull Dawg should do the trick.
Try spoons like the doctor spoon or johnsons silver minnow. If those don't work try a suick.
fish something shiny and use a steel leader or you willn't catch a thing
