I,v had some of the best RIGHT after a short ,quick down pour . They come out of the wood work looking for that worm ,bug ,whatever .At least here in Mich.. Fish on!!
well like most people say it depends... during a dry spout it seems to me that trout are agrressive in the morinin, around lunch, and at evening for flies. After a bit of rain they seem not to be as quite aggressive for flies but i use worms, salmon eggs, and spinners when water is high or not as clear.... i really wish i cld fly fish when creeks are low in the mornin and evening
