Q:
I recently aquired an API Grandslam Bowhunter Model GS 2400 climber tree stand. I bought it used and didn't get any manuals with it. Does anyone know how the two parts fit together for back packing? I get no response from API web site and a Bass Pro Shop is 100 miles from me.

I cant help ya, I went with the summit and they fit nicely as does their customer service respond when needed. My summits bottom platform fits into the upper (seat) platform), then the seat straps thru the bottom and back over making a quiet cushion and a pad for my lumbar area when hiking into the woods.

Thanks cgull,
I also have a Summit and it is a lot more user friendly. Will keep watching for an answer from somebody who has mastered an API
