Q:
I need help finding the right arrow. Smaller diameter equals more penetration but not as acuarate. Larger diameter equals more less penetration but more acuarate. I need something in between, any suggestions?

28" Carbon Express Gold Tip 5575 I use with Muzzy 3 blade 100 grain at 310ish fps. Sighted in at 30, 40 and 50 yards. Measurement from the 30 yard to the 50 yard pin is just shy of 3/4 inch. I can take the measurement between the 30 and 40 and add it to the 50 and hit at 60.
A bullet.
What are you shooting? Penetration shouldn't be that big of a factor. Most arrows shot at least at 55-60 lbs will blow clean through a deer within 40 yds. Your broadhead is just as important. If you shoot a heavy draw (65+)you should go with a stonger arrow regardless IMO.
