Q:
about 40 years ago my father used to read me a poem from Outdoor Life about a father and hunting guide out for mountain lion with his son. The son was spotted hundreds of yards away on a trail with a cougar about to pounce. The guide said this is a shot that only a father can make and the incident turned the fathers hair gray. Anyone remember the author?
