Today's plan was to get a double header with Linda Powell, who is senior press relations manager for Remington Arms, and a co-host of this trip. The other host is Dean Capuano of Swarovski. The guides had observed several black bears over one bait, including a cinnamon-phase bear. Linda wanted a cinnamon or blonde bear, and I was looking for whatever showed up. My cameraman, Jon Aaseng, accompanied us, hopefully to record the action.
