    Giant Stingray Body Slams Woman-8


    It’s a vacation she’ll never forget.

    Last weekend Illinois resident Jenny Hausch was repeatedly body slammed Triple H style by a 300-pound giant spotted eagle ray off the coast of Islamorada, Florida (if you don't know who Triple H is then it's time to brush up on your professional wrestlers). According to Two Chicks Charters’ boat captain Kelly Klein, the ray appeared from nowhere and knocked Hausch to the deck.

    “The ray was slamming this way and slamming that way and she was trying to crawl backwards out from under it but it kept landing on her,” Klein said of the bizarre event.

    Yes, dreams can come true.  One of mine came to pass this week when the UPS man struggled to the point of a coronary to deliver my new YETI 250 Quart Tundra cooler to my front porch.  With a slash of his electronic pen, I became the proud owner of the pinnacle of ice chests, the mecca of in the field refrigeration, the Cadillac of beer chests, the…the…owner of a really nice cooler.

    Feral Cats Attack-14


    Grab your rifle, a pound of cat nip, and your best “here kitty kitty” call because the good folks down in Moorooka, Australia need some help. And fast!

    According to the Australian newspaper, City South News, the town of Moorooka has been overrun with feral cats “the size of dogs.”

    Eating Chimp Meat-9


    Chimpanzee meat may soon be closing in on bangers and mash, mushy peas, black pudding and kidney pie in the competition for Great Britain’s favorite food.

    According to the United Kingdom’s Mail newspaper, this discovery was made late last week by “trading standards officials” that discovered the highly endangered primate illegally for sale in several restaurants and market stalls throughout Britain. Chimp meat, which retails for about £20 (roughly $32) a kilogram, along with antelope, porcupine, monkey and elephant are just some of the many illegal wildlife meats, known as bushmeat, found for sale across much of Europe.
