Kevin Martuscello from Carrollton, Texas captured this dramatic video of two bobcats squaring off in an urban backyard. Although a wildlife specialist said the cats were both male, I have my doubts—though it’s hard to tell from the video. February is prime bobcat mating season and their behavior seems more related to breeding than fighting. What do you think?

I've seen tomcats act exactly like that. What in the world were a pair of spooky bobcats doing out in a suburb in the broad open daylight?

Wow, that sound would raise the hairs on the back of your neck if you heard it in the dark woods!
