There's always a lot of strange new hunting gear at SHOT Show and this year, the Dirty B from Primos was among the strangest. But, it just might be weird enough to work.
The Dirty B is an injured-tom decoy with a string tethered to it. When real gobblers are in sight, you pull the string and flop the decoy to make it look like a struggling bird. Hopefully, the rival gobblers rush in to stomp their fallen comrade giving you time to make a shot.
Do you think this decoy could work?

That is right up there with the Edsel. How many Edsels do you see on the roads?
Dumb idea.

Could work, but I already haul too much gear into the woods the way it is.
I have seen pics of guys using soccer balls with a head and wings, charcoal bags, and turkeys even attack their reflection in a truck bumper. Not real high percentage ways to hunt though. Gonna stick with my bestturkeydecoy.com for 2013.
