Deer of the Year Contest![]() It Ain't Over Till It's Over
It was the last day of the Illinois bow season and I hadn't seen a deer in two days. With 30 minutes left, a small 4 pointer stepped out in my food plot. At first I was disappointed because I was hoping to fill my doe tag, but then I heard two bucks sparring in the woods above me. My whole season changed when this 9 pointer stepped out at 20 yards. My best bow kill in 25 years!
