I am trying to plan a trip to colorado for some fishing with my 11 year old son. I really dont want to hire a guide if at all possiable. I really want to show him a fishing trip of a lifetime!! we are wanting to bcak pack and camp out. i know you said to email you but what is your idea of a trip of a lifetime, does that mean lots of fish, great views or just a shot at a big fish, if you want a lot of fish i'd go to high mountian lakes and streams in rocky mt natl park or in the Mosquito mountian range for greenback cutthroat trout(endangered species) if you want big fish try the Yampa for northerns, smallies and bows, cheesman for big trout
