Fishing and Living on the Clark Fork River

. Uploaded on June 16, 2009

My wife and I are thinking about entering a contest to win a home on the Clark Fork River www.winariverhouse.com Can anyone tell me if the fishing is as good as I read online? The home is near Thompson Falls, Montana. I hear there is Bass Fishing in nearby reservoirs.

I live about 50 miles from Tfalls nice place! You will be about a hour drive from flathead lake. Of course you will live on a river in Tfalls dont know how the fishing is over there though.

I grew up 1/2 mile from the Clark's Fork, just outside of Deer Lodge. I can't even begin to count the hours I spent catching brown trout out of there. The thing you will notice here in Montana, if you take the time to look, you can find fish anywhere. Yes, there are a few bass in that part of the state, but the trout fishing is addicting.
