paddlefish farmers violating bylaws of private members only lakes

fish farms like bigfishfarms are signing contracts with foolish board members that violate AMENDED DECLARATION OF COVENANTS,
CONDITIONS AND DEED RESTRICTIONS FOR
CRYSTAL LAKE SUBDIVISION residential community.

Mr and mrs koener are not members of our lake and have no right to blatantly violate our bylaws and past practices of member only use of our lake.

Please use caution when speaking to fishfarms when negoating rights to members only clubs. This buisness is better suited for one owner properties such as farm ponds.

Section 2: Primary Use Restrictions. (a) All lots of said subdivision as evidenced by the maps
and plats thereof shall be used for single family residence purposes only, and no part thereof shall be used
for business purposes, nor any other structure whatsoever than a single family residence.

Section 5: Pets and Animals. No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred
or kept on any lots, except that dogs, cats, or other household pets may be kept, provided they are not kept,
bred or maintained for any commercial purposes.
Section 9: Water. (a) No individual water supply system shall be permitted on any lot. Water is
to be obtained from the approved water system.
(b) Lake water is for the personal use and enjoyment of residents only, and all other uses are prohibited.
No lot owner, resident, individual or company shall remove water from Crystal Lake for commercial use of
any nature whatsoever.
