So glad outdooor life finally has a message board..
Where are you guys going out soon? I think I'll soon be going out somewhere in the Gulf of Mexico. it's a big place, i know.. just not sure yet. that's where my family is from. I'm thinking of starting my trip in Houston and then going out on the water from there.

I'm excited to get back out on the water soon. I haven't had any time off from work, but I'm about ready to take soon... FISHIN!
Just got back from Florida where the bite is red hot on sails. The inshore fishing is just starting to pick up, too. Louisiana is next on the list--woo-hoo. Time to get it on.
Praise the Lord---aint't gotta go far just down roaD- a piece to all the fishing this Ole Coastguardsman need's!!My son sunk our offshore boat 22'v-hull trying to get outa inlet last yrChasing -after the big tuna run. So gonna be happy inshore and backwater fishing in the ole john boat-finally got an electric motor for it-getting modernized not really??Probably just as happy at the neighbors pond bream fish'N w/g/kids.Just thankful for any type of fishing w/such gloom and doom abt world and economy. sO cheer up take somebody fishing!! and enjoy LIFE!! YOC
