how much do you charge? how many acers is large it sounds intresting
This ranch is 5820 acres, under management for 15 years, high fenced on 2 sides only and the adjoining ranches are under the same managemnet plan. A management hunt is $3000.00 for up to a 140 inch deer, 8 points or more. In my area, I have 3 or 4 bucks that have 10 points or more, are 5.5 yrs or older and score in the 130-140 range. I do have some pics from game cams I could send if you are interested.There are several really nice 8 point deer also.
