every once and a while ill come in contact with people that are talking about guns and how every day people are killed because of guns.....this sounds perfectly acceptable a right but if you think about it !!!GUNS DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT KILL ANYTHING!!!! nota zilch nothin people kill people guns do not go around killing people this has always been my best defence for people that want to ban guns but i also think that banning guns isnt going to stop any killings. are gun banners going to ban knives and clubs i mean come on ive heard of people killing people with toilet paper rolls are they gonna ban those.

True inanimate objects do not kill people
That's right, once they start banning, it's like a slippery slope. Guns, knives, sharp objects... They'll want to ban more & more 'til they have to take away my computer cause that'll be the only weapon I have left.
Yes, people kill ... people and other living beings, whether on purpose (i.e. hunting or self defense) or by accident; and the "by accident" usually happens due to lack of training, practice or knowledge.
Guns do not kill people! People kill people with guns, but they kill a lot more with cars. So lets ban cars, two problems solved, #1 less dead folks, #2 the goverment won't have to bail the car makers out with more money that we have to borrow from china. See wasn't that simple, now if someone would read the fine print or even a part of the bills that they vote for in congress maybe we wouldn't be in such a fix.
I tried making this same argument on the topic about the car salesman in Kansas who wants to give away a free AK-47 to anyone who purchases a new truck. I got yelled at... anywho, I agree 100% That fun loving congresswoman from Wash DC who loves to rant and rave about how automatic weapons kill bazillions of people every year (I've never seen any actual facts to back up her claims) needs to shut up already. I own an AK, an SKS, and an AR.. none of them have snuck out of my gun safe and shot me in my sleep yet. Weird...
I have just one thing to say, several million+ gun owners or guns, however you want to say it, have NOT killed anyone today. You don’t see an average gun owner go out and kill someone. The gun bans will not take guns away from the criminals...it affects the average Jo gun owner.
