I picked this dry rub up at a Sportsman Show and I got to tell you it's amazing!!!. It's called Babunya's Gourmet Spice "The Original Family Recipe" and it is Great on Venison, Bear, Elk, Trout, Bass, Salmon, whatever. Even good on scrambled eggs, potatoes and vegetables. The guy I met at the show was with his mother who is 86 years old and it's her face on the bottle. They are out of Pennsylvania, and it's all made in the USA. He was cooking it on some chicken and steak and the aroma was incredible. What caught my attention was that their product is Gluten Free and has no msg. The two things I can't have. They sell their product on line. They also sell Farm Raised New Zealand Red Stag that they cook and season with their spice and then fill it in a flaky dough and ship it out frozen with dry ice. It's like a Hot Pocket or Meat Pie with venison meat. All you do is bake it or fry it in a pan with some oil. They were frying it at the show. They taste incredible.
