Coyote
Outdoor Life has lost all sense of reality. Sorry but the latest "story" on Coyote Showdown (link below) is to laughable. Are they really going this far to sell magazines? Someone needs a reality check.
Q1 - the story says that the coyote's couldn't see until 20 yards away. Were they blind or near sighted. Was it due to light - if so then could could they take the picture and have it so clear?
Q2 - that isn't blood in the picture on one of the coyotes is it?
Q3 - it says the shooter emptied his side arm and got a bullet into each animal. Amazing, not even sure the competitive pros could do that.
Q4 - what are all the tracks between the coyotes and the guy in the pricture from? Why no tracks behind the coyotes? Where are the coyote tracks for that matter?
Sorry but coyotes are pretty inteligent ... this picture would suggest they ran across a bunch of dumb ones.
Don't think so folks - this is a joke.

Sheesh guys...what's all the fuss about? I LOVED the photo---real, set up or whatever. It's kinda cool.
It,s a great picture if it's real.....I didn't read the article...I will later.....What about the guy taking the picture/video....He couldn't be real comfortable with a firearm pointing towards him.....
Come on people! It is a total hoax, bull puckey, fake. A pack of wolves maybe but a pack of coyotes no. They or stiffer than a preachers di*K. IT looks like a herd of elephants stomped all the snow down before the yotes got there and i really dont think 5 dogs would run right past the camera guy in the wide open while he just happend to have his camera out and not his own gun especialy since he is coyote "hunting".
