Well its that time of year again when the bucks necks swell up & hunters gather there needs for the on coming winter. A local elder stoped & asked if we would get him some deer ribs & dry the rest of the meat for him. This is how it turned out. Click on the link!

slowly, day by day a litte stronger, Im glad they dont have to scrape anymore dead tissue off my arms, not very enjoyable.The local wildgame can sleep easy for this season, but next year they better watch out.
