Q:We hunt in western Washington. We have our blind over looking a clearcut with a small meadow type area directly below us. We often see does and smaller bucks in the area. We know the big boys are in the area. But all we see are the tiny yearling bucks. Where are the older more mature deer? We believe the deer are in the timber and higher up in the tree farm. Where are the bigger deer hiding and how do we hunt them? Also since we are hunting blacktails, have you had any experience with rattleing in these deer? Thanks, Hunter Girl 1

Q:We hunt in western Washington. The deer that we hunt recieve very little hunting pressure, but yet during the hunting season the deer, especially the bucks seem impossible to find. Why is this? Also any tips on how to hunt them?

Q:why dont they measure the score of a deers rack by filling up a tank of water to the top and then put in the antlers and take them out then see how much water spills out to measure al of the mass of the deers antlers its suck a better method and if you ask me it seems easyer too.
