Q:Has anyone tried wolf hunting/trapping before? Is there any advice you can give. I dont know if you want to use a big rifle on them or just go with a small caliber to save most of the hide? The DNR has planned to open two seasons for them and offering 6,00 tags(finally, if not too late). I know of a spot where there is a big pack in a certain location that hollow most nights there.
Q:I have heard (rumors) that the wolves the Goverment planted here are from Canada and are Timber Wolves. The rumor is that the Timber Wolf is much more agressive than the once native Gray Wolf, and will actually kill for sport? If this is true is that why we are having such problems with them descimating elk herds and livestock?
