Q:So I hunt a small pond in Quincy IL. We have had little to no luck in the last few years. The pond is about 2 to 3 acers and is only a half mile from the mississippi flyway. In the last few years the water has been clear and mallards didnt want to land there. This year after the flood the pond is muddy and sandy. Could this area produce more action this year. I mean there are not any shortage of ducks there is just getting them to come in. Any help would be great.
