Multi-Day Packs
Part backpack, part utility trailer, these backpacks will
help you get the load out.
Sitka 45 Bivy
Overall Rating: 4 stars This pack’s 4,500 cubic inches of space is achieved with a convertible meat shelf that tucks away when not in use. The detachable lid can be used as a day pack, and the bottom compartment separates gear from meat. The mesh back panel positions loads a little too far from the body, but the pack slims down into a comfortable, compact core. (6 lb. 4 oz.; $349; sitkagear.com)

I want to see a white tail shoved in one of these packs with any gear in it. Did they bone out the deer? How about an actual field report. Here is a secret, go buy a non camo back pack for half the price and twice the performance. I've packed goats, bears and moose from some sketchy country in Alaska, show me a real hunting pack. Anything under 5000 cu in is pointless for actual meat hauling.
Would have liked to see what you guys thought of the Mystery Ranch packs in comparison to these.
Brother, packs have come a long way since my old Trapper Nelson. I will refer back to this review if I need a pack in the future.
a good pack extends your range and allows for some nice creature comforts far from home. I like the ones here..but am still a slave to the external frame packs for thei ability to carry a load away from the body and allow many in field modifications.
nice. this pack would be very useful. i need to get one.
