Cities' gun restrictions begin to topple3
It's been a disappointing year for American cities seeking to curb violence via tough gun laws.
Since last June, when the US Supreme Court struck down key parts of the District of Columbia's gun-control ordinance, cities have seen the 20,000 local gun regulations enacted over the years begin to slip from their grip, one by one.
As common sense and a actual REAL interputation of the 2nd amendment comes about.They plot to change the makeup of the USSC so they can do away with the 2nd later.

Since her appointment to the Senate, one-time NRA favorite Kirsten Gillibrand has passed just about every test on guns set by Rep. Carolyn McCarthy - but that might change next week.
As the junior senator from New York, the upstate Democrat has undergone a transformation, moving quickly in the past three months away from her House record that won the NRA's top rating while remaining a supporter of Second Amendment rights to gun ownership.
What's sad, is that to her...its much more important to get the job..than to support the constitution and the rights of her constituents.
Colorado: Judge tosses challenge to CU gun ban11
A lawsuit challenging the concealed weapons ban at the University of Colorado campuses has been thrown out by a judge.
A district judge threw out the lawsuit filed last year by Students for Concealed Carry on Campus. Judge G. David Miller's action means the university's three campuses can continue to ban concealed weapons. The three student plaintiffs argued the ban violated their constitutional rights to bear arms. The University of Colorado has banned concealed weapons on campus since 1994.
Its time to admit, that bad guys always do what they want., laws be dammed. Silly liberals thithe gun calls to people and forces them to do bad things. I guess they will never admit that the weapon is the heart and mind of a man in deciding to choose evil, guns are just a man made tool. Other couies that have no right to guns, issue them to citizens and teachers in such situatons to guard against the evil choices that some make...we should also.

Wisconsin: Village gun ordinances under fire4
A respresentative of a gun rights organization is questioning the legality of ordinances that place restrictions on gun owners when they enter the villages of Sauk City and Prairie du Sac .
Both villages require gun owners to unload and encase their weapons when in the villages.
So many of these little burgs, are more like the garden club gone mad then real goverment entities. I am so tired of their memo of the week mentality and their reaching for things that are not within their jurisdiction or authority. Places like this ban hunting...untill the deer start eating all their flowers and bushes...then they cry for the state to HIRE ...SOMEONE to remove the poor lil critters in a humane manner..and use the tax payers dime to do it. Cant stop crooks..control the honest using their own tax money. Blundering fools.
Iowa: City councilman orders police to memorize the Second Amendment5
Sioux City city councilman Aaron Rochester is speaking out about national gun control legislation. He says talks of allowing authorities to search homes for unregistered guns goes against the right to bear arms, and he wants to make sure Sioux City police know it.
“I think it's going against constitutional rights, and I think our police department in Sioux City should really know every bit of the second amendment so that they can interpret it and do things according to what our founding fathers meant."
As we observe the pent up hatred released by those who fear the Second Ammendment, we are also greeted by honest people stepping up in its defense...Stand Up!...its time to come to the rescue of the USA Constitution..all in whole...not just parts.

The Sunday Times of Perth, Australia reports that this massive feral hog, once written off as a hoax was indeed shot on a cattle ranch after it was spotted eating a dead cow:
"The picture has been circulating on the internet alongside claims the boar was killed at various locations across Australia," The Sunday Times reported.
