  • WIN THIS: Avid Gun Multi-Tool
    114

The deadline to submit your questions has passed. WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED DEC 4th, 2009!

I have a Winchester Model 94 Marked Canandian Centenial 1867-1967 Caliber.30-30win. in an O.K. and very well used condition But, not a prize winner! Would it be a good idea or even worth it to mount a scope as a side/saddle mount or at all to help me see both wild game and targets better? The scope needs between 6-8 Inches of Eye-Relief and the only one's I've seen made is a Redfield(Sold-Out to a compeditor) and possibly Weaver(Not sure, but seen one side-mounted on a 94?) Please, Before you judge me on what many consider a gunsmithing sin! I'm diabetic(eye-problems & hands shaking), slightly near-sighted, and wear eye-glasses! I would liked to get a better sight picture on what I am aiming at to ensure a clean harviest when hunting.

  • ObamaCare could be used to ban guns in home self-defense
    17

In an Oct. 9 press released posted on ammo.com, Gun Owners of America issued the following warning:

"Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus has something to say to gun owners: 'Own a gun; lose your coverage!'

Considering what everyone has had too say about this ObamaCare Program(to which I may or may not need!) in all of these posts, all I can do is just sit back and watch the confusesion that I have about all of this, as it now spreads on to others, and just laugh myself to insanity and beyond, wondering why I even care to post a comment, when I hear a lot of this drama from my relitives back in Arkansas and from friends here in Tennessee about what this guy is going to do next! Good Lord.. He's only there for four years, if not relected! Relax, This man could'nt possibly do as much damage as the "last one" did! Although, the more recent elected presidents seem to be going further down in respectibility in the past few years. "huh"
