# World’s Smallest Car Built from ATV Parts

The Guinness Book of World Records has credited [Perrywinkle Customs](<https://www.windupcar.co.uk/index.html/>) for creating the [world's smallest car](<https://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/40070090/ns/today-today_tech/t/worlds-smallest-car-measures-inches-wide/#.T7FVWevcN8E/>) with a license to drive on public streets using Shanghai Shenke 150cc ATV.

I found a [video of very bad quality](<https://www.viddler.com/v/efcd0168/>) with more info on the "Wind Up" micro car. If you can find a better quality video on this, please leave a link in the comments.
