High concentrations of deer in southern and central Sussex County will keep hunters busy, and the suburbs have plenty of deer, if you can gain access. A new record harvest may be in the making. Concentrate on the farmlands and suburban woodlots for the biggest deer. This year licenses will come with only two antlerless tags. For $10 hunters can purchase an additional “Hunter’s Choice” tag and a “Quality Buck” tag (for a deer with a 15-inch spread or better).
