A friend from Nebraska just forwarded me this incredible buck that was reportedly shot near Nebraska City. Rumor has it the beast might be the biggest whitetail ever killed in Nebraska. The current state record non-typical is a 277 3/8 whopper shot near Hall, NE in 1962. It would be a tall order for this brute to top that, but look at that rack--the points, the mass and of course that black-tipped drop club! Anybody know more about this giant or the lucky hunter? Let me know, this a world-class animal sure to be one of the top NT bucks of 2007.
