SHARE says, “Chicago poses the biggest obstacle we face in getting a license to carry law passed in the state of Illinois.” So, since Chicago won’t come to — Bartonville, Ill., to be more exact — is going to Chicago on a mission:

“We must educate a population – an entire generation that has been brainwashed into believing all guns are bad and only a criminal would want one. We must educate the good folks of Chicago that it is our constitutional right to keep and bear arms. We need your help as we focus our efforts to this purpose.”

The group, along with SAS, and CORE-Chicago, plan to team up again for the annual African Festival at Washington Park on Labor Day weekend – Sept. 4-7.
