Last week brought some good news for supporters of Montana House Bill 174, which would repeal the prohibition on using suppressors for hunting.
After the House Judiciary Committee that I testified in front a week ago approved H.B. 174, the bill went to floor vote in front of the full house and passed 72-28. Now it will go into committee in the Senate and, hopefully, be approved by that body as well.
I'm going to travel back up to Helena to testify once more when the Senate holds a public hearing on it.
I already have a super-secret rifle in the works (pictures coming soon) that has a can on it that will be an excellent antelope gun. I'm planning on using it to inaugurate the passage of this bill should it become law.
