Live Hunt: Back to NM

Life of the traveling photographer and hunter. Catching up with my world from the comforts of the Salt Lake Airport.
Boone and Crockett qualifying Mule Deer at the New Mexico Game and Fish Office in Albuquerque.
Game and Fish office in albuquerque where we had to stop so the guys could get their tags.
Another amazing weather day in New Mexico. David Dillon behind the Geovids on day one. The name of the game is patience and we glassed for hours on end.
Dillon is one of the masterminds behind Gore's Optifade Concealment. This was only his second elk hunt and even with very little elk around, the smile never left his face.
David experimenting with different bipod placements during our morning glassing session. In the moment you never know where or what you'll need to do to get a steady shot, better practice before game time.
Watch for more top quality Optifade products in the coming years. A sign of things to come.
Our team on the final evening. David Dillon, Mark Seacat, Brad Yeomans, and Kevin Sloan. We didn't kill an elk, but we had a great hunt.
Kevin Sloan from Sitka, David Dillon from Gore, and Brad Yeomans from Gore, all with elk tags in their pockets sharing the final evening's hunt.
Sitka CEO Kevin Sloan was still going hard up the mountain after just getting over H1N1 a couple days prior to the hunt.
