Yamaha's OHV Access Inititiative is constantly helping the world around us.

Hunting, fishing or recreational off-road riding–if you participate in any of these activities, you’re likely familiar with issues affecting access to our nation’s public lands. Three years ago, Yamaha Motor Corp., U.S.A., which also recognizes these issues, launched an innovative program called the Yamaha OHV Access Initiative, which is designed to promote safe, responsible OHV riding and open, sustainable riding areas. This nationwide, proactive grassroots program provides GRANTs (Guaranteeing Responsible Access to our Nations Trails) to fund deserving projects that support the overriding goal of responsible, open access. Through these GRANTs, the company has shown its continuing commitment by investing more than $1.5 million to help stewards of America’s Great Outdoors successfully continue the mission of building and maintaining trails and creating OHV education programs. Recent projects supporting public lands included bridge construction and trail sign enhancement in Oregon and Pennsylvania, as well as tree-planting projects in California.
