Probably best-known for its great holographic sights, EOTech jumps into tactical illumination with its new Integrated Fore-end Light (IFL) for the Tactical Shotgun.
The IFL illuminates the area in front and around you with a tap of your fingertips, thanks to ambidextrous on/off pressure pads located on the fore-end of the apparatus. Settings include Constant On, Momentary, Strobe and Off. You never have to adjust your grip to turn on the light, so your hand is always on the fore-end, at the ready, making the light ideal for law enforcement, tactical or home defense uses.
The actual lights are available in either 125 or 200 lumen outputs and will run on a single CR123 Lithium battery for at least 90 minutes. Waterproof to one meter. The surface along the bottom of the light system incorporates a custom texture for a solid grip even in high pressure situations.
Currently offered in two models, one to fit the Mossberg 500/590, the other the Remington 870. Both have an MSRP of $269.
