With spring just around the corner, outdoorsmen are naturally starting to think about their deer food plots. Wouldn’t a tractor make planting and managing these plots a whole lot easier? Absolutely. Never owned a tractor? Not to worry. Kubota has you covered with the new sub-compact BX80 Series – a truly the perfect choice for the first-time tractor buyer.
The Kubota BX80 series of sub-compact 4WD diesel tractors consists of four models, the BX1880, BX2380, BX2680, and BX23S. Each combines legendary Kubota reliability and power with unmatched versatility and intuitive, easy-to-operate design. And here’s the clincher — the available optional equipment, such as the new Swift-Tach Loader, Swift-Connect Backhoe, and Easy-Over Mower Deck, means you also can use your BX80 for serious landscaping work in your yard, giving you more time to hunt and fish. And every one of these (and other) options can be connected and disconnected quickly and easily, making it a snap to switch from lawn implements to food plot implements such as a disc harrow or rotary tiller.
Kubota’s powerful and efficient liquid-cooled 3-cylinder diesel engines, combined with four-wheel drive, provide traction and confidence for completing the job while using less fuel than gasoline engines. In addition, the full-forward opening hood offers easy cleaning and service access to the top-of-class Kubota diesel engine, which requires less maintenance than gasoline engines.
You’ll also find three models – BX1880, BX2380 and the BX2680 – are equipped with a rollover protection system, which conveniently fits through most standard 7-foot high garage door openings, making these models easy to store when not in use.
Kubota created the sub-compact market category in 2000 with the first introduction of the BX sub-compact tractor. Its ceaseless commitment to innovation and versatility have made it the number one selling sub-compact tractor brand for more than a decade.
