I love elk, moose, whitetail, mule deer, duck and gator. Feral hog and grouse are on my bucket list, but I think I could die happy without ever eating possum, coon or groundhog (I think I just threw up in my mouth a little).
Where's the Buffalo? Now that's lean and tasty stuff.
