The 68-year-old took this 13-point, 220-pound monster whitetail with a crossbow earlier this season. It’s the biggest buck of his 50-year deer hunting career. Rick switched to a crossbow for medical reasons. “I gave up my regular bow three years ago because of arthritis, but still wanted to bow hunt,” Rick explained.
Looks like Rick’s switch has paid off.
