Can't Make This Up 4
GRAPHIC IMAGE WARNING: Fascinating, bizarre and just plain freakish. Check out these strange but true outdoor tales.
The Freak-Horned Buck Duwayne Statzer gets the pole position in this photo gallery for a freak-horned muley he took back in 1964. He just recently had it remounted and decided to send us two photos. The first is of the rack with the hide off to prove that it isn’t a hoax.

Just take a look at the size of the ears on that critter!
great pics
sorry i meant black
did u say brown-phase balck bear??? i think you meant to say black-phase brown bear.
Ithink this story needs 10 12 more shots of the special effects bear?
Yeah right on....enough of the fake bear....anyone can do that just by putting the bear up close and standing far behind to play with the size ratio.
love the elk hunting one!
the bear pics definitely look like photoshop altered photos to me, lots of inconsistencies if you look at all the pix.
as for the bass pics...way cool, I quite often use extremely large plastic worms, and now am using the Bettencourt Baits RF Series Snake - a unique hard bait that swims and looks like the real thing.
Way too many boring pictures of the bear. One would suffice.
I caught a 4-pound smallmouth bass in the Missouri Ozarks a few years back that had a foot-long green snake in about the same position as the water snake in the largemouth's gullet. Scared the crap out of me!
jacy1515, Not only are they mean as the devil, they don't taste nearly as good as rattlesnakes or copperheads. IMO, if it's close to me, the only good cottonmouth is a DEAD one.
Hate to tell you this but thats not a garter snake it's a common water snake.you better learn your snakes before you put your hand that close .Bass eat cottonmouths too and a peaved off cottonmouth would pop you quick if you got that close.I live in the Mobile delta and we have too many of them ,you have to watch your every move placement of hand and feet they are meaner than any critter on the face of this earth.
hey dad I got one! ok son looks like you going dig in its mouth to get the hook out. Dad umm....think you need to see this! this fish has 2 heads the one inside looks like a snake dad! oh lord have mercy I told your mom to stay away from the micro wave when she was pregnet told her it would have side effects. No really dad have a look for yourself!
the bass had swallowed a snake and still was hungry enough to get caught. amazing.
I agree about #9. the rest of the bear photos are doctored.
Man those are crazy. Pretty sweet though.
I'd say bobcat and turkey or turkey buzzard.
That is one cool looking yellow cat.
Gotta love bigmouth bass. This goes for most fish - they eat other creatures alive and digest them whole. A fishhook pales in comparison. Actually, just about anything pales in comparison.
The bear pics look like photoshop to me. You can distort relative size with camera angle & distance but these look like fakes. Bo's right--#9 is probably more like the real size of the bear relative to the human. (Or maybe this is an average size bear & a very little tiny guy!)
Nice pics. I'd say there is somthing "fishy" with the bear pics.Looks like a "black", big as a "griz".
Love the mule deer !
I'd say bobcat/turkey(LOVE the pic).
As to the snake/bass. I saw this on a Sunday Disney show once.(Cool pics).
Bo you are right #9 bear looks much smaller and probably a more accurate depiction of the bear. The bear pictures look like fakes - via the use of wide angle lens, possible pumping air under the hide along with computer enhancements.
#17 bobcat trying to catch turkey in flight really caught my attention. That is an eye catching moment in time. Love those kind of pics.
Is it my imagination or does the bear look smaller in #9, than any of the others? That is in relationship to the human. It looks to me like distance to the camera is played up making it look bigger than it is in some of those pics.
kinda wasted must this with the bear how many times did we need to side a little different view of it, and the snake in the mouth is sick
